1. Licence
Subject to the terms of this Licence Shazam Productions Limited grants you a non-exclusive licence to download Podcasts for a period of two months from the date of posting.

2.2 You may not edit, alter, adapt or add to the Podcasts in any way, nor combine the Podcasts with any other material.
2.3 You may not download or use this file for the purpose of promoting, advertising, endorsing or implying a connection between you (or any third party) and Shazam Productions Limited, its agents and employees, or any contributors to the Podcasts.
2.4 You may not use the Podcasts in any way that could bring Shazam Productions Limited into disrepute or otherwise cause any loss or damage to the company.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 The Podcasts are made available by Shazam Productions Limited on an "as is" and "as available" basis and the company gives no warranty of any kind in relation to the Podcast. The company disclaims all implied and statutory warranties in relation to the Podcast to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3.2 The company has taken reasonable care to ensure that Podcasts contain no errors, viruses or defects however the company does not warrant that this is the case and you download and use aits Podcast at your own discretion and risk. You are advised to take all reasonable precautions to protect your computer from virus infection. To the maximum extent permitted by law the company will not be liable for any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of or connected to the download or use of the Podcasts.
3.3 Each provision of this Clause 3 operates separately in itself and survives independently of the others.
4. Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the company in respect of all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or as a result of any breach of the terms of this Licence or otherwise in connection with your use of the Podcast.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Podcast shall remain the property of Shazam Productions Limited..
6. Termination
6.1 Shazam Productions Limited may restrict, suspend or terminate any or all Podcasts or your access to all the company’s Podcasts at any time at its sole discretion without liability.
6.2 Clauses 3, 4, 5 and 7 shall survive termination of this Licence.
7. General
7.1 You may not assign, charge, sublicense or otherwise deal with your rights or obligations in this Licence.
7.2 This Licence shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7.3 Any failure or delay by either party in exercising its rights under any provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights at any time now or in the future.
